At Randolph School

 
 
 All of the fourth, fifth and sixth grade students were treated to a lesson in the Star Lab. Some of the primary students also went in.  We hope to get every student in before the year is finished.
CEO, Paul Vallas opens the The 51st  Chicago Public Schools City Science Fair


Mayor Daley praised and welcomed the science fair participants.

3rd, 4th and 5th grade students were tested for Illinois Goals.
Next month, students will take the Iowa Test of Basic Skills.

Ms. Schaults, Ms. Lombardo and Mrs. Migas display the solar wind indicator that they built at the NASA workshop.
Benjamin, of Room 201 was honored at the Museum of Science and Industry for his Outstanding Science Fair award.
Mr. Lopatka loves to work at the City Science fair, because he gets to see former Randolph school students that are in the fair.  Pictured above is Angela, who is now a Lindblom student and science fair winner.

After 2 days of testing, some students were worn out.

NASA coordinators and Principals recieved awards for their participation. Mr. Greg Lopatka  gets congradulations from Vivian Hoette.
